Yes we are talking about the same movie which crossed $691 million at the worldwide box office and had a record breaking income of $211.8 million on its opening weekend.
And according to the report issued by the expert David Miller of BRiley & Co. It is predicted that "The hunger games: Catching Fire" will gross $900 million worldwide. The predicted amount is 22% more than the first part. The news on how miller predicted the amount is not available. It is observed that miller must have deduced it on the basis of popularity the book gained.
It is also believed that this movie will bring the stocks of Lionsgate much higher. It almost quadrupled after the release of 'Twilight' and 'The Hunger Games'
The forthcoming movies after this one will be Mockingjay-1 and Mockingjay-2 which are scheduled to release in November 2014 and 2015.
